Because many of our products are made to order and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any products.

Please review your order carefully, including product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Accidental purchases

Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier

Refused or undeliverable shipments due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@skullvomitmedia.com.

Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Shipping Costs
