All products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted production partner, Printful. Because each item is made to order, please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before they are shipped. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Skull Vomit Media is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Skull Vomit Media is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking indicates that a package has been lost or if you believe there is a delivery issue, please contact us at support@skullvomitmedia.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in working with the carrier or our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.
